PHYSICAL THERAPY
Synergy Therapy Solutions currently offers Home Health Physical Therapy Services. Our therapists utilize a holistic approach to treatment. We also incorporate the therapeutic use of everyday activities into the individualized treatment plan of care in order to improve the follow-through of maintenance exercises. We work hard with our patients and their families to increase their independence in their daily lives and get back to doing the things they love to do. We treat patients to reduce pain through a more conservative approach to pain management and improve or restore mobility - in many cases without expensive surgery and often reducing both the need for long-term use of prescription medications and their side effects.
